(“Posoulo”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and discloses personal information when you visit posoulo.com, purchase from our online store, use customer-account features, or otherwise communicate with us in connection with the store (collectively, the “Services”).

Customer-account information. Posoulo currently uses Shopify’s customer-account system. Account access is managed through Shopify’s authentication process rather than through a Posoulo-created username, password or security-question system.

Usage and device data, such as browser and device information, IP address, network information and information about how you interact with the Site and Services.
How we collect information
We collect information:
- directly from you
- automatically through technologies such as cookies and similar technologies
- from service providers that help us operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, provide analytics, communicate with customers, and fulfil and deliver orders
Our online store is hosted by Shopify.
Payment information is processed by Shopify and/or the applicable payment provider. Posoulo does not need to receive your complete payment-card details in order to process a standard online-store transaction.

- process payments, fulfil and deliver orders, administer returns and refunds, and provide customer service
- operate customer-account features and send transactional communications concerning orders or accounts
- maintain, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Site and Services
